Yup, it's that time of year again - the time when I get out my copy of 'A Very Merry Alphan Christmas' and slip into mush mode. This story has such an incredible 'feel-good factor'and the characters are written so well - comfortable is the best word I can think of to describe it. Warm & cosy - a real Yuletide treat! Gabbie's email address seems to be out of commission but if she's reading this, how about following up on that line: She nodded in agreement. "Perhaps when we've done with the Christmas celebration, I'll introduce you to my world." ..... Go on Gabbie, I'd love to be introduced to the Psychon festivities!

I love this story. I read it around Christmas time and i felt really festive afterwards. The way Maya was introduced to Christmas was great. I learnt about a few traditions i didn't know about myself.

Being a huge fan of Space:1999 and a real 'Christmas nut', I love this story. It's nice to see the Alphans actually having a pleasant time for a change....not always fighting for their lives or have one emergency after another. I like how Maya is introduced to the holiday and the way the base actually enjoys the season, in spite of being trapped on the Moon. Great story and one I re-visit, often!

excellent, gentle character story. The dialogue occasionaaly rings false (especially with Koenig and Russell) but very good none the less.
